No. If you actually want the tattoo in a visible area, I would not recommend moving it somewhere else just because it is your first tattoo.

The placement should be chosen based on where the design works best and where you genuinely want to wear it. Choosing a hidden area only because you are nervous can easily lead to a placement you like less later.
