Yes. I currently work in Culver City, Los Angeles, and realism is one of the main styles I specialize in.

I work with black and grey realism, color realism, micro-realism, portraits, animals, mythological subjects, and larger custom compositions. I also work on cover-ups when the existing tattoo and the new concept are suitable for a realism-based design.

For realism tattoos, the most important things are usually the size, placement, contrast, and amount of detail. I do not try to fit every possible detail into a small area just because it looks good on a reference image. The design needs to remain readable on the body and work with the anatomy of the area.
