For my aftercare protocol, I recommend avoiding a full shower during the first 24 hours. After the first 24 hours, you can shower while keeping the fresh tattoo protected from direct shower water, shampoo, and shower gel.

For the first 5 days, I ask my clients to avoid direct tap water on the tattooed area. When the tattoo needs to be cleaned, I recommend using clean drinking or purified water together with the cleansing product I recommend after your session.

You will receive specific aftercare instructions from me after the tattoo, so please follow those instructions for your particular piece.
