Not directly over fresh or open skin. If there is a cut, scratch, scab, or any area that is still healing, I will avoid tattooing over it until the skin has fully recovered.

If it is very small, we may be able to work around it depending on the design. Send me a clear photo before the appointment and I can tell you whether it will affect the session.
