Yes, if only the outer edge has lifted and the tattoo is still completely sealed underneath. You can carefully trim away the loose part so it does not catch on clothing and pull the rest of the bandage up.

Do not cut into the sealed area around the tattoo. If the opening reaches the tattoo itself or the seal is broken, remove the second skin completely and follow the aftercare instructions I give you.
