Usually yes, as long as the skin is not cracked, irritated, or actively peeling. Mild dryness is generally not a problem.

If the area is extremely dry or damaged, send me a photo before the appointment. In that case, it may be better to let the skin recover first so the tattooing process and healing are not unnecessarily difficult.
