Do I Need to Book Every Session for a Large Tattoo Project at Once?

Answered by Sude ErdemTattoo artist in Los Angeles

No, you do not have to book every session at once. If you want consecutive days or need specific dates, it is better to reserve them in advance.

If we are dividing one continuous piece where the sessions will touch each other, the sessions should either be done on consecutive days or spaced at least 15 days apart. Once more than a day passes, the healing process has already started, so we need to let the area heal before working directly next to it again.

After that, we can schedule the remaining sessions whenever works best for your budget, pain tolerance, and availability.
